He holds the Master's Degree in Structural Engineering with specialization in M.E (CASAD) Computer Aided Structural Analysis and Design. He has got 15 years of experience in consulting with all sort of major and minor projects in the public and private sectors. He combines his extensive experience with strong management skills to provide industry best practice solutions.

COO

M V Rupesh is the founder and director of Silicon. He has Master Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing. He also completed holding Advance Diploma in Computer Application. He has more than 15 years experience in ITES Services, 4 Years in Engineering Industry, 7 Years in Civil Engineering Consultancy Service providing strategic and operations leadership in uniquely challenging situations of business and make high-stakes decisions using experience-backed judgement, strong work ethic and irreproachable integrity. He is one the respected proponent of empowerment and accountability.

Nayan Panchal

CTO

Nayan Panchal is the founder & Chief Technical Officer of Silicon Engineering Consultants Pvt. Ltd. He holds B.E. (Civil), M.E. (Structure) with specialization in Structure software Staad Pro. He has got 10 years of experience in civil and Structural field. He has developed the department and integrated it into the practical construction of projects providing support and real-time information to both the construction teams and clients.

Samir Mehta

Sr.Structural Engineer

Dedicated and keen-sighted professional, Mr. Samir Mehta is accountable for the structural engineering operations such as analyzing, designing, detailing and related task that follows the specific designing code. A Masters in Engineering with the specialization in the Structural area, he is a Gold medalist that sheerly reflects in his work that is executed brilliantly by him.

With the total experience of 12 years in the field of Structural Designing, Samir has a major role to play in Silicon Engineering Consultants Limited as manages the A-Z to structural section which includes the studying of Architectural Drawings, comparison and finalisation of various possible structural systems, preparation of detailed structural drawings and so on that makes up our whole Structural Engineering projects.

Rakesh Jangid

BIM Manager

Rakesh Jangid is a BIM Manager responsible for handling the BIM operations in our organization. A Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Rakesh holds some of the substantial experience that he fuels brilliantly in the undertaken projects of Silicon Engineering Consultants Limited.

He is a certified user of various major software tools such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, 3DS Max Design, SketchUp, Revit Structure and Revit MEP. With each passing successful project, his skill has also advanced to one notch higher. His main responsibility includes the Production of shop drawings, Coordination and monitoring shop drawing, Project Coordination and Generation of 2D coordinated drawings.

Punam Rajpurohit

Infrastructure Engineer

A knowledgeable and technically brilliant individual, Punam Rajpurohit is an Infrastructure Engineer responsible for planning and designing of Canal alignment, lining and all type of structures related to the canal. With a total of 5 years of experience in structural expertise, Punam contributes a substantial amount of success of Silicon Engineering Consultants Limited.

A Masters in Infrastructure Engineering, Punam can execute effectively with various software such as Revit (3D modeling), AutoCAD(2D), ArcGIS, and SewerGEMS. She is a team player who can efficiently manage each of the undertaken projects with finess and perfection. Her expert proficiency and sound abilities play as driving force for infrastructural projects.

Holding more than 35 years of experience in the expertise of Civil Engineering, Mr. P.S.Patel is the seasoned professional whose valuable experience has proved beneficial for Silicon Engineering Consultants Limited in the long run. Associated with some of the essential projects, the contribution of P.S.Patel is synonyms with top-notch project performance and timely delivery.

A Bachelor in Civil Engineering, his core skills lies in planning, survey, Investigation, design, estimates, tendering, execution and supervision, QA and QC. At Silicon Engineering Consultants Limited, he is responsible for the Design consultation which incorporates his guideline for designing, drawing, and estimation.
